Cakery Bakery also offers dessert cakes, cupcakes, cookies, coffee cakes, and tarts.

 

 


 

Below is a list of cakes that we make daily and keep in stock in case you need a last minute celebration cake or dessert cake.   These cakes are 8" rounds and serve up to 12 people.


•  Black and White - Alternating layers of chocolate and white cake with both a white chocolate mousse and chocolate mousse filling. Iced with whipped cream and decorated with marbled chocolate pieces.


•  Chocolate Mousse - Three layers of chocolate cake filled and iced with chocolate mousse and covered with delicate chocolate shavings.


•  Chocolate Ganache - Two layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse, covered with poured ganache and decorated with sugar violets or marbled chocolate pieces.


•  Chocolate Chip Caramel - Three layers of chocolate cake filled with bavarian cream and chocolate chips, frosted with whipped cream and topped with caramel and chocolate chips.  


•  Raspberry Bavarian - Three moist layers of white cake lightly lined with a raspberry jam filling topped with bavarian cream and delicately iced with whipped cream.


•  Raspberry Cream Cheese - Three moist layers of white cake lightly lined with a raspberry jam filling topped with cream cheese filling and delicately iced with whipped cream.

• Strawberry Mousse - Three layers of white cake filled and iced with strawberry mousse and covered with delicate white chocolate shavings.

•  Chocolate on Chocolate - A rich and moist chocolate cupcake with a decadent fudge frosting.


•  *Chocolate/Vanilla - A light and fluffy vanilla cupcake with our decadent chocolate fudge frosting.


•  *Classic Carrot - Our classic carrot cake frosted with cream cheese.


•  *Coconut - A moist vanilla cupcake frosted with vanilla buttercream and covered with coconut shavings.


•  *Hazelnut - A rich and moist chocolate cupcake with a hazelnut cream frosting.


•  *Lemon Zest - A light and moist vanilla cupcake with zesty lemon buttercream frosting.


•  *Mocha Madness - A rich and moist chocolate cupcake with a mocha buttercream frosting.


•  *Peanut Butter - A rich and moist chocolate cupcake with a creamy peanut butter frosting.


•  Red Velvet - Our delicious red velvet cupcake with our delectable cream cheese frosting.


•  *Strawberry Delight - A light and moist vanilla cupcake with strawberry buttercream frosting.


•  Vanilla - A fluffy and moist vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream frosting.


*Minimum order of a dozen is required for these flavors and orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.


Our cupcakes can also be decorated for a special occasion.   We have done custom cupcakes in the past for bridal and baby showers, weddings, and birthdays!  

 

•  Fruit Rugalah- A delicate cream cheese and butter pastry filled with either raspberry or apricot jam.


•  Raspberry Walnut Rugalah- A delicate cream cheese and butter pastry filled with raspberry jam and walnuts.


•  Chocolate Rugalah- A delicate cream cheese and butter pastry filled with chocolate.


•  Pinwheel Cookie- A delicious chocolate and vanilla swirl cookie.


•  Almond Biscotti- An almond flavor cookie.  


•  Mexican Wedding Cookie- A cookie with walnuts inside and covered with powder sugar.


•  Pecan Shortbread- A shortbread cookie topped with pecans and sugar.

TARTS & COFFEE CAKES

 

 

•  Country Apple Tart- Fresh ripened apples baked to a golden brown in a buttery and flaky puff pastry. Try this warmed and topped with whipped cream or ice cream.


•  German Apple Tart- Fresh apples delicately baked in a sour cream cake and covered with a buttery streusel topping.


•  Pear Franzipan Tart- Pears baked with an almond cream in a sweet pastry shell.


•  Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake- A delicious white pound cake with a cinnamon swirl topped with flavored cinnamon cake crumbs.


•  Sour Cream Bundt Cake- A light, fluffy, and moist vanilla flavored coffee cake.
